With the launch of Crystal's 2026 Season comes the quiet exclamations of delight, followed by the flurry of so many new plans being made. Where shall we go this year? Tully Luxury Travel has more than a few “Crystal”-clear ideas.
The highly anticipated announcement of Crystal’s list of iconic destinations includes a few classics, a few new surprises, but complete cultural immersion on all fronts, as the refurbished Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony set sail for Indonesia, Japan, East Africa, Baja and beyond.
These magnificent ships boast opulent suites with ample space, cutting-edge wellness facilities, and spectacular entertainment. The exquisite dining experience is curated by Michelin-Star Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa (Nobu), visionary restaurateur Riccardo Giraudi of Beefbar, and the new Osteria partnership with Massimiliano and Raffaele Alajmo, designing an unrivaled experience.
Set off with an agenda of creative exploration
Crystal Symphony will begin the year exploring Eastern Africa and the Indian Ocean, and safe destinations within the Persian Gulf. March brings stops in Southeast Asia, followed by a string of voyages in and around Japan from April to June. She then comes back to the U.S. for the first time since 2019 – a very welcome return – and heads to Alaska in June for the whole summer.
California follows, the routes then including Central and South America, plus a dip through the Panama Canal, whereupon Canada and the New England states feature prominently on the October schedule. After that, Crystal Symphony makes a bee-line for the azure waters of the Caribbean, making a few winter weeks there a great idea indeed.
Crystal Serenity starts 2026 leading the Crystal World Cruise, spending from January to May fulfilling the dreams of some very fortunate travelers, who will feast their eyes on the islands of the South Pacific, along with the coastal waters of Australia and New Zealand. This spellbinding itinerary sees guests wafting in the March and April winds through China, Southeast Asia and pinnacle points in the Persian Gulf.
May to October puts Crystal Serenity in the Mediterranean and Northern Europe to enjoy the glorious summertime. These tours begin in June and include many ports of the Atlantic Coast – touching on Spain, Portugal, France and Britain. Early September’s agenda features the Eastern Mediterranean, followed by Western Mediterranean delights, which carry through to the ship’s Atlantic Crossing in November. (If you’ve never done this before, now is the time.)
Guests get to know the Caribbean waters before Crystal Serenity spirits through the Panama Canal and into California for the holiday season. This sets her up perfectly for departing from San Diego on the 2027 World Cruise.
