Much of the luxury-leaning exuberance in Madagascar is concentrated in the northwest. Nosy Be is the top resort island here, replete with many upscale treasures to discover, including stunning beaches, kaleidoscopic coral reefs and languid lakes. Five-star accommodations like the Constance Lodge, the Constance Tsarabanjina, and Lodge des terres blanches on the east side truly live up to their reputations.
