Never has a selection of new cruise itineraries generated the kind of excitement than those of Crystal. Their wildly innovative assortment of curated destinations for the 2025 season offers more choice and more exploration than ever, yielding exciting cultural immersion on and off the newly refurbished Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony.
Indeed, A&K Travel Group has outdone itself. The Crystal numbers say it all: For 2025, the line will deliver 72 sailings to 144 new destinations in 112 countries, docking at 281 ports – a mix of cherished icons and off-the-beaten-track, undiscovered gems.
The itinerary highlights are a hit-list of extraordinary proportion.
The Crystal Serenity spends the greater part of early 2025 on a World Cruise, after which it fills the calendar in the spring sailing around some of Europe’s most chic destinations in the Mediterranean and the Baltic seas, including out-of-the-way hotspots like Ronne, Denmark, and Riga, Latvia. The ship then heads into the Arctic to Longyearbyen in the Svalbard, Norway, taking guests above the Arctic Circle to see the incredible Northern Lights. Exploration of the Faroe Islands north of Scotland as well as Djupivogur and Reykjavik in Iceland delivers the Midnight Sun.
The Crystal Serenity spends the autumn checking out the fall colors of the countryside in Québec City and Gaspé, Canada, before heading down the United States east coast, stopping at Newport, Boston, Portland and New York City, just to name a few. And the holiday season sees the ship introducing passengers to the wonders of the Caribbean and other southern climes, including Montego Bay, Jamaica; Cayman Islands; Aruba; Cartagena, Columbia; and on through the Panama.
The Crystal Symphony has an equally enticing agenda, starting the year off in Southeast Asia exploring the beaches of Sihanoukville, Cambodia, and the fascinating ecosystem of Indonesia's Weh Island. Cosmopolitan urban centers in this part of the world to visit include Ho Chi Minh City and Halong Bay, Vietnam; Laem Chabang, Thailand; and Shanghai, China, giving guests total immersion in Asian cultural heritage and opulent refinement. Natural beauty can be found on the beaches of Palawan in the Philippines and in the rainforests of Brunei.
The Crystal Symphony has a date in the summer sunshine with the Grand Prix, heading to the Mediterranean for stops in Monaco, and Villefranche-sur-Mer, France, for racing excitement. Other insider itineraries take in unique destinations on the Greek Islands of Zakynthos, Corfu and Santorini, among others, along with the fascinating nations of Cyprus and Croatia. The rest of the year sees the ship visiting a variety of small, intriguing ports, delivering the history of Safaga, Egypt; the luxury shopping of Dubai, UAE; and the incredible marine life of Salalah, Oman.
Booking early is the best plan.
Past guests of Crystal can relive fond memories of voyages past within the new Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony environments, while new fans will introduce themselves to a whole new echelon of opulent sailing perfection.
